Open the current application instructions for your chosen provider. Requirements vary: education records, age, identification, algebra, an aptitude assessment, driving and other conditions may matter. Record the exact list and deadline instead of borrowing requirements from a different program.
Make a simple folder for the documents requested. Keep sensitive identity documents with the employer or program’s secure process; FLI does not need them. For employment verification, employers follow the applicable I-9 rules and acceptable-document process.
If you are under 18, involve your school counselor and the sponsor early. Florida restricts certain work for minors, and any training exception has conditions. Do not assume a general helper listing is appropriate for you.
Before paying for aptitude preparation, confirm the exact test your sponsor uses. Start with its instructions and available sample questions. A commercial preparation package can be useful for a specific gap, but it does not replace an application or guarantee admission.
Your first useful purchase may be no purchase at all. A completed document request and an application date can move you further than an unopened study bundle.
Your next action
Make a three-column list: required item, where to get it, date you will obtain it.
A question worth asking
“Which test and documents do you require for this intake, and what preparation do you provide?”
