Renewing a Florida mold assessor (MRSA) or mold remediator (MRSR) license requires 14 hours of DBPR-approved mold-related continuing education per biennial renewal cycle (F.S. 468.8416; FAC Rule 61-31.501). Gold Coast Schools is a Florida-approved provider that offers the 14-hour Mold-Related Services CE course and electronically reports completed hours to DBPR.
This is one approved provider among others — DBPR maintains the full list of approved continuing education providers. Before enrolling anywhere, confirm the specific course you’re taking is DBPR-approved for mold-related services; not every construction or contractor CE course qualifies.
